yep, highlight=bleach. be very very careful if you do it yourself! you will have hair falling out if it goes too long. or red/orange/golden if you don't do it long enough. check it often and then leave it alone for a while or you'll fry your hair beyond recovery. Can i highlight over colored hair?

Absolutely! I do it every 3-6 months with no problems- no dry, brittle hair. Just be certain to use a good shampoo and conditioner. Don't buy the cheap products. Hemp products work great!
