High lighting is a kinda involved process. It involved a bathing cap, a crochet hook bleach and time. the down side is that bleach can cause your hair to break and fall out. you might want to check out prices at a beauty school. It's worth a try? The students have more time to spend with you and the cost is about half what a beauty shop charges.

They are both the same, I wouldn't use bleach on your hair though! It will burn, go rock hard and snap off my friend tried it. Or if you have brown hair your hair will go red or orange.
Well if you have light colored hair already just go get a highlighting kit from the drugstore. Feria has one. As does Clairol. I'm figuring that Feria's is the best one. Its around 10-13 bucks.
