you can, but it's harder. your hair can get tangled being pulled through, and it can be harder to control the size of the strands. Can you use a highlighting cap on long hair?
Sort of - my sister used a highlighting cap and I think her hair's longer than yours. If you have layers, it might work well.
yup u can..my hair is like 4 inches past my shoulders and i did it myself.granted it takes longer than shorter but it has the same results..be patient
Yes. Absolutely. I have done it numerous times when my hair was almost to the bottom of my back.
I hate using highlighting cap it's uneven coloring on long hair and it hurts. I prefer foils since they give definition of color, pain free, and end result looks better since it's more consistent than yanking random chunks of hair out of your head and highlighting them
Yes but find someone else to do it they can see the back of your head better than you. And its easier on your arms!
Yes you can.
I used to have pretty long hair and I used a cap
and it worked the same as it did for people with short hair.
you can... but I wouldn't advise it. Foiling gives better, closer to the root results. The problem with the cap is that longer hair tangles and can cause a huge mess while rinsing. I have lost a lot of hair that way. Go with foil girl!
It may hurt when your hair is pulled thru. To help that, use some talc powder on your hair. Sounds funny but it works, it may still pull but it won't be as bad.
