Different salons cost different prices. I wouldn't suggest going to some cheap place like great clips if you're wanting to get blonde highlights.





With black hair, a caramel color usually looks well.





And yes you can go to a salon. Like i said, it has different prices. But typically you can expect anywhere from $35 - $70.
