I Wanna get my hair highlighted, read and answer please.?

Ok, I have not quite super dark brown hair but like right in between medium and dark. Does that make sense? And Dark blue eyes. And if it is important, side swept bangs and shoulder length hair. Well I want to get it highlighted but not like blonde or anything normal like that. I was thinking like a hot pink, electric blue, or bright red. What do you think would look good. Pleaseee answeerrr.
