Not really but I think black with (sandy)blonde highlights is cool
I am sorry, but bleach blonde hair should never be done. I only know ONE person who actually pulls it off.


I think it is a little cliche, but maybe acceptable today.

um, sorry, i just have to say that the black isn't a highlight, it's a lowlight. even accent color. but not a highlight, unless your hair is darker than black.

to answer your question...well...i sure haven't seen it much within the past 6-8 months, unless it's mostly black with a few blonde pieces.
it could still work but it was to look like you have more black in you hair thatn blonde and all so you have to be really tan.
