Where is the cheapest place to get highlights put in my hair?

I live in Arlington Texas and I don't know where the cheapest place is to get my hair highlighted. Does anybody have any ideas? If so how much is it?Where is the cheapest place to get highlights put in my hair?

Your local supermarket. Do you have a friend who works at a hair salon or who dyes peoples hair? Buy a cheap but good kit in a store and have him/her do it for you. I bought a kit once for $4 and it worked out perfectly.
I don't know if you live by a HairMasters but right now they are doing a super good deal like $45 or something like that. I would try that... Partial foils are always cheper
Doing them yourself is always cheaper than a salon.
